This policy covers the CarePortal waitlist website at careportalhq.com, run by The Money in the Back Office Team ("CarePortal team", "we"), 600 W Peachtree St NW, Ste 1700 PMB 415, Atlanta, GA 30308. It does not cover the CarePortal software itself; agencies that use CarePortal get a separate agreement, including a Business Associate Agreement, before any patient information is entered.
What we collect
- What you type into the form: your name, agency name, work email, phone, state, approximate number of clients and nurses, the products you're interested in, your current software, and whether you want to reserve with a deposit.
- How you found us: campaign tags in the link you clicked (such as utm_source or an ad click ID), the page that referred you, your approximate country and region based on your connection, and your browser type.
- Advertising cookies and pixels: we use the Meta Pixel and may use Google tags to measure visits and sign-ups from our ads. These tools may set cookies and receive information about your visit under Meta's and Google's own policies.
Please don't submit any patient or health information on this site. The form doesn't ask for it.
How we use it
- To contact you about CarePortal, the Founding 10 offer, demos and your pilot.
- To understand which ads and pages bring in interested agencies.
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that host this site and help us run and measure our ads, and when the law requires it.
Texts and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about CarePortal. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us.
Your choices
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@moneyinthebackoffice.com.
- Opt out of marketing emails or texts at any time.
- Limit ad cookies through your browser settings, Meta's ad preferences, or Google's ad settings.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information while CarePortal is in pre-launch and for as long as it's useful to stay in touch, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Security
Submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in a private data store that only our team can read.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13.
