Is joining free?
Yes. Joining the Founding list is free, with no card and no commitment. After you join you can optionally put down a $99 refundable deposit to hold your spot ahead of the waitlist; it comes off your first bill.
What happens after I sign up?
We reach out to book a 15-minute demo. If it's a fit, we set you up for free, train your team and start your 60-day pilot on a date that works for you.
Do we have to switch everything at once?
No. You can start with Nursing Notes or Admin, then add Medicaid Billing or the Family Portal when ready.
How is patient information protected?
CarePortal uses role-based access: nurses, office staff and families each see only what their role allows. Your agency and CarePortal sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before any patient information goes in. This signup form never asks for patient information.
Does it work with Georgia Medicaid (GAMMIS)?
Yes, that's where it started. CarePortal records GPS-verified clock in and out on every visit and builds Georgia Medicaid claims from approved visits.
We're outside Georgia. Can we join?
